An update on taking Collagen

I wrote a little while back about my new love, Collagen, and I thought it was time for an update given that I've now nearly been taking it for 4 months. Do I still love it? Oh yes. I have also been taking 2 teaspoons of Glutamine (brilliant for removal of cravings, weight loss for those who want it and balancing blood sugar) with it and the combination has me feeling so strong, healthy and more in control of life given that I no longer have those sugar dips I used to have.

I have lost a little weight although for me it was more about feeling more energetic and healthier and also because I have an ongoing problem with my right shoulder and collagen is heaven for joints. Of course the added advantage of it helping to fight dry skin and wrinkles is not to be ignored either. While my skin is definitely less dry (which is especially great given it is winter) I have found the biggest changes in my energy levels, weight (I feel leaner) and shoulder which is honestly 80% better than it was. I was at the stage where it would wake me up during the night and that has stopped. I can certainly still feel it at times but it is now so manageable and definitely not as debilitating.

I appreciate that taking Collagen is not for everyone but for those who have an interest in it, I can assure you it is worth it. Given our daily sales of it (and repeat business never mind my experience), I know it works.
